The Staff Is Truly Knowledgeable and Genuinely Helpful
I have gone to Stoneway Hardware for my hardware needs for years, We recently moved to SeaTac and I still stop into Stoneway when I'm in the neighborhood and have need to do so. Unlike a Lowe's or Home Depot I find that the staff is truly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They also stand behind their products and service and will always make things right if there are any problems (which seldom has happened in my experiences but was handled well to my satisfaction when they did). This is a great local business worthy of your business and you will benefit from going to them.

Wide Selection of Hardware and Supplies
Great store. They have a wide selection of hardware and supplies. Love that this place is so close to my home/work so I don't have to drive all the way to home depot (they usually have whatever I need in stock). Staff has been friendly every time I've gone in and are always willing to answer my questions.

They Went Above and Beyond in Their Exceptional Service
I've been going to Stone Way Hardware for 7 years, and the experience has always been excellent. However, yesterday they went above and beyond in their exceptional service. I had bought a lamp from the 50's that needed a socket, instead of pointing me at the sockets they suggested bringing the lamp into the store so they could assess it and see exactly what I need. Justin, the employee who worked with me, spent 10 minutes of his time making sure I had just the right parts to get the lamp working. His expertise was invaluable and probably saved me many hours of youtube searching and multiple hardware store trips. Thank you Stone Way Hardware for all your help over the years, you have made a life long customer out of me :) This is a great hardware store. I called ahead to see if they had the item I needed, and the guy on the phone was incredibly patient and helpful. I stopped by later on and he actually found me in the aisle and talked through all the different options and what would be the easiest and most budget-friendly purchase for my needs. As a younger woman I still unfortunately get weird looks and patronizing service at times when I enter hardware stores or ask questions (which I experienced at the Lowe's on Aurora earlier that day), but none of that here! Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They've earned my business.
