Organic Garden Supplies: Nurturing Nature, One Garden at a Time

Discover a world of green possibilities with Stoneway Hardware's Organic Garden Supplies. In our neighborhood of gardeners, we understand the importance of keeping your lawn and garden happy and healthy. While we don't stock flowers and plants, we focus on providing essential supplies for your gardening needs in Seattle, WA.

Lawn and Garden Supplies: Cultivating Happiness in Every Patch

We live in a neighborhood of gardeners. We also have some of the finest nursery supply retailers around, so rather than stocking flowers and plants, our focus is on providing what you need to keep your lawn and garden happy and healthy. We carry a wide selection of fertilizers, and we also stock a great selection of tools for the gardener. Our parking lot is brimming with bagged soil and soil amendment products from Gardner & Bloom and Carpinito Brothers, which we help you load!

Burlap Bags: Eco-Friendly Solutions for Every Garden

We have recycled burlap coffee bags that have many uses. They work great for WeedBlock, sheet mulching, bulk storage, and more.

Compost Worms: Nature's Little Helpers

We carry compost worms, Eisenia foetida (commonly known as red wiggler, brandling, or manure worm). Okay, you don't expect to find compost worms at the hardware store. But we have stocked them for years and are one of the few places to do so. We have worms available starting in March, but call first; they are perishable, and we have to carefully time our shipments to ensure the health and happiness of our worms. Due to their perishable nature, we do not ship compost worms. We sell a one-quart container (approximately 250-300 worms).

Ladybugs: Natural Pest Control at Your Fingertips

Ladybugs are an effective method of natural pest control. Ladybugs prefer to eat aphids and will devour up to 50 a day, but they will also attack scale, mealy bugs, boil worms, leaf hoppers, and corn earworms. They dine only on insects and do not harm vegetation in any way. Seasonal; call for availability.

Praying Mantis: Guardians of Your Garden

Praying mantises eat a wide variety of garden pests. In their younger stages, they eat aphids, thrips, flies and maggots, small caterpillars, leafhoppers, white grubs, and other soft-bodied insects. Mature Mantis feed on larger caterpillars, earwigs, chinch bugs, sow bugs, beetles, grasshoppers, and other large insects. We carry a tub with one egg case ready to hatch when the weather warms. Seasonal; call for availability.
